Eagle Offshore has officially been approved as a member of the Maritime Training Office (Maropp), marking an important milestone in the company’s commitment to developing future maritime professionals. As part of this initiative, Eagle Offshore is proud to announce that two apprentices have already signed contracts and will soon begin their training on board Ross Eagle to become certified Able Seamen (ABs).
Through this program, Eagle Offshore is actively contributing to the recruitment and development of skilled Norwegian seafarers, helping to strengthen the future of the country’s maritime industry.
“We’re proud to join Maropp and welcome our first apprentices on board, investing in young talent is not just about strengthening our own operations — it’s about securing the future of Norway’s proud maritime heritage.”
The apprentices will receive structured, hands-on training at sea under the guidance of experienced crew members. Supported by Maropp, the program ensures high-quality professional development in areas such as seamanship, vessel operations, maintenance, and safety.
By offering real opportunities for learning and career growth, Eagle Offshore is demonstrating a clear commitment to nurturing the next generation of maritime professionals.
